Error exception encountered in parsing the OVF file being uploaded

During the import process of OVF from a farm VMware ESX 3.5.0 to VCE vCloud director gave me this error without being able to do anything.

What could it be?

Cyber_Hero,

Can you run the file through OVF tool to make sure it is 0.9 or 1.0 compliant?  If it shows as compliant, I would need to see the logs to know why the parsing failed and the XML of the OVF itself.

If you don't want to post that publically, it would be best to create a Support Request and provide that data.
