Disallow vApp users from using 'add network...' while customizing new vApp

I finally got the vCoud director up and running with an appropriate level of pre-configuration available to the server image.

Now my issue is controlling what the assigned users can do.

When using 'Add vApp from Catalogue' for an organizational user in the 'vApp user' group, I select the vApp Template, Name this vApp, but on the 'Configure Virtual Machines' portion, there are the list of 4 external networks I want the user to be able to select, but there is the 'Add Network...' option as well.

I need some way to get rid of that 'Add Network...' option as there will invariably be users that think they need to make a new network and then they will complain about not being able to connect to their VM or their VM not being able to connect to some other server.

Is there a more granular method of controlling these aspects of the groups and their roles

On a similar vein, I would like to be able to restrict users to only user DHCP addressing because users will try to explore menu options and confuse themselfs and cause more problems.

Are there addons or other means of accomplishing this?

Thank you,

So... this is an immutable feature?
