Data rate capping at vcloud director like rate limit at edge gateway

Q: whether we can put a capping limit on the Data a tenant can use per month/year just like we can put a limit on the bandwidth that is available to the tenant on edge gateway.

Rate limits are leveraging traffic shaping policies on underlying port groups. So I don't think there is a dynamic way to change the values based on usage unless we create some workflows or API calls.
