I can't access any website throught browser but can ping IP adresses on the internet through vCloud VMs, this is the same with all vCloud VMs.

Check the DNS settings for the VM. You can double check by putting an IP for a website into a browser and you should get the web page.

That can be configured on multiple location all dependent on the type of network you are using for the VM. Is it behind a vShield Edge? Then you need to check the Organizational Network and it DNS settings. If its on a Directo Connected than its the External Network settings in the vCloud Admin GUI.
