Today I have downloaded VMware vCloud Director 1.0 and it has 60-days evaluation License period.
Can I update the License key after completion of my current setup with evaluation period?
Also after updating the License key does my setup remains as it is?
Is this right path for updating the key? \[Administration->system setting->lisence->Serial Number]
Yes you can, just set it up and at the end just add your license key. (administration -> system -> license)

Yes, I believe everything stays the same when you upgrade your licenses after the evaluation. The path you mentioned is the right one for updating the license key as well.
