Avatar pic

Sorry guys I am new here and havent figured out how to place this in the right area.. I dont even know where is the appropriate place for question like this..

My Question is, I have uploaded a pic and selected it as my Avatar.. but my avatar still shows what its showing now.. what am I missing..?

you can change your avatar at this page: http://communities.vmware.com/edit-profile-avatar!input.jspa & then make sure it' selected with the blue frame like shown in the screenshot.

Thanks! thats exactly what I have been doing for the past few days with no luck.. It is selected when I hit finish, but still it shows up like this
