Hi,
After installing vcloud I experience an unexpected behaviuor ( see attatchment ).
HA Admission control is set to tolerate 1 host failure ( in a 2-hosts cluster ).
From what I've understood I should find a reserved capacity to be a 2x of what is reserved, while it seems to calculate a 4x.
There are no other VM or reservation within the cluster.
