Add/delete storage to vApp/VM after deployment

Hi,

In vCloud Director 1.5, is it possible for an Org Admin to add/delete storage (e.g. a disk) to a vApp/VM after deployment in an Org vDC? Either manual provisioning or automatic API call will work. In API document for vCoud Director 1.5, I cannot find any API to add/delete storage to vApp/VM.
