About Mac OS access VM console

Hello,

We just upgraded vcloud director  from 5.1 to 5.5.

But the Chrome and Firefox browsers  on the Mac OS can't open the web console.

I checked KB, no find the solution,

I want to know if you have the same issue.

Best Regards,

Jim

What does it say when you access it. Do you see a grey screen which keeps refreshing at a regular interval or an error?

It shows "disconnected".

I refresh it but no change.

All users that use Chrome and firefox in Windows OS can open the web console.

But the Chrome in Max OS  can't open it.

So the cell is up, no problem.

May be update or re-installation of chrome will help? Can you paste a screenshot of the browser?

Can you also check if the firewall is up and the ports are open?

Hi Jim,

This knowledge base article may be relevant to what you're seeing: VMware KB: Cannot connect to vCloud Director HTML5 console with Mac OS X using Mozilla Firefox or Go...

Let me know if that works.

Thanks for Eric's reply.

The KB can work.

This is my problem, I am replacing my SSL certificate to solve it.
