We are not currently working on language bindings for Ruby or Flex. If you are interested in helpding to shape our decision making wrt. language bindings please check out the poll here: http://communities.vmware.com/poll.jspa?poll=1233 and also reply in this thread with details on the type of application you are working on and use cases.
We have a portal developed in Rails where do we want to integrate vCloud. For agile development, our preference is to use Rails or Flex and having an SDK for anyone of those would save lot of time than using vCloud API's directly.
