My organation requires us to use MFA (due to government regulations) for login to vDirector. I found several companies that offer MFA and want to approach them about writing a custom plugin to replace vDirector's authentication with MFA. In reading the API documentation for vCloud / vDirector, I have not found a clear way to do that. Unless I am wrong, it seems a complete abstraction layer would have to be created with that layer handling all credentials and passing all commands and credentials to the API. Am I correct in this or is there a simpler way to replace vDirector's authentication with MFA?
