How to access vSheild edge using REST API

We are unable to get the xml using

https://vlabs/api/admin/edgeGateway/2000/action/configureServices

Status Code: 415 Unsupported Media Type
Content-Length: 347
Content-Type: application/vnd.vmware.vcloud.error+xml;version=1.5
