windows could not start the vmware postgress service on local computer error1068: the dependency service or group failed to start

Hi Team,

I have tried to convert ovf file to virtual machine in vcenter 6.0 and got the pop up I need to install VMware-ClientIntegrationPlugin-6.0.0.exe after successful installation I restart my vcenter server.

and tried to login but failed.

windows could not start the vmware postgress service on local computer   error1068: the dependency service or group failed to start

Can anyone help me to fix this issue ASAP.

Can you check its dependencies? Make sure all these services are started.

Hi Vijay,

Im unable to start vm related services. getting same error 1068

Almost all services are stopped. If possible, reboot Vcente. Copy vpxd logs before reboot so you can analyse why these services stopped.
