windows 6.5 upgrade struck at starting vmware syslog collector

Hi,

We planned to upgrade windows vcenter from 5.5 to 6.5 U2,as 5.5 U3 windows vcenter installed all components in same server, so we migrated SSO to another server and re-pointed Web Client, Inventory and vcenter to external SSO Server and works fine  .

Then we upgraded SSO to PSC 6.5 and while upgrading vcenter 5.5 to 6.5,we struck into step4 of 5,Installing Component: VCSService Manager where in it struck in phase that stating Vmware Syslog collector ,waiting for long time(2 hour) ,no progress ,finally cancelled upgrade

Can someone help/assist me to find cause.

Please don't upgrade a Windows vCenter. Just don't do it. Move to the appliance instead because the Windows platform is dead and will not be available past 6.7, so it makes exactly 0 sense to continue with it now.
