why appear vSphere HA virtual machine failover failed

Dear all

Hi

Today i have logged in to my vcenter (5.5) and see this alarm on all of my vms :

vSphere HA virtual machine failover failed

i hhave read in KB but could not find any reason for this problem why appear this problem ?

Is your means:

1- all my host managment network has been disconnected temporarily because this alarm has bee  appeared on all of my vm ?

i have attached pic from my cluster config

2 - i have 3 host on my cluster Is your means that all of esxi managment network has been dc and there was not any host for restart vms and start them on the other host so use host isolated (leave power on) ?

3 - why did not restart vms?
