vmdks for the same VM in different folders

Hi Guys,

so I currently have a VM with different VMDK files in different folders due to some work which was undertaken recently to bring a server back online.

I would like to have both VMDK files in the same folder...

I've done a SDRS before to rename the folders/files to match the virtual machines name, will this also put all of the VMDKs into the one folder?

IIRC placing all the VM's files into a single folder is actually the default behavior of Storage vMotion. In order to place the files into different folder you need to select different destination datastores it in the advanced options.
