Can u pls help me understand what dose mean the assigend tab and instance numerb in vcenter licensing.

what is confusing you?

The assigned tab shows how many of your vCenter Server license keys are used ( assigned to a vCenter Server installation ).

Since vCenter is licensed per instance (1 license per installation), it will show "X instances" under assigned.
