vcenter 6.7 Invalid Credentials

There was a problem with NTP in the system but now it is fixed. I checked NTP and NTP services in vcenter and ESXi servers, everything works. I also restarted the vcenter server. but right now I cannot log in with vcenter name users. I could not be sure whether the problem is caused by NTP, just the last ntp problem in the system. I'm getting an Invalid Credentials error. I checked some sections on vcenter and saw errors with the name. what should I do to fix the problem?

administor@vsphere.local is working on vcenter 6.7

VC is not joined to  AD as per image. Are you able to see domain users under >SSO Users and Groups . ?? How is the identity source defined ??

Not sure if I can give anything without ideally getting to the exact problem.

From this page get  me the detail son how the AD is configured.

From this page I want to know if domain is there in drop down and if users are seen?

Run this  /opt/likewise/bin/domainjoin-cli query and share output.

TRY:-  Remove the VCSA from AD side . ( Check https://www.virten.net/2017/01/how-to-join-the-vcsa-6-5-to-an-active-directory-domain/)
Use the domainjoin-cli tool to join the domain
/opt/likewise/bin/domainjoin-cli join [domain] [user name] [password]
