Hi,
We are running vCenter VCSA 7.0u2b and tree ESXi 7.0u1c hosts in a HA-cluster in our VMware datacenter..
After a power-outage, one of our three ESXi hosts in the HA-cluster is red in the vCenter and we got the error "vSphere HA agent for this host has an error. vSphere HA agent cannot be installed or configured"
I have tried the following, but the error is still there:
I hope you can help me to solve this problem so we can get HA for that cluster up and running again.
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Audun
check /var/log/fdm.log on the host to see what is happening, it should give more detail. was there a change in certificate recently? Or any certificate issues, as that more than often is what causes this.
sometimes what helps is stopping and starting the VPXD agent on the host that has the issue....
