vSphere Client 6.0.0 b(5112508) - Plugin Manager

Hello Folks,

The lab setup  has

     esxi 6.0.0 b 5572656

     vcsa 6.0.0.30100-5202501

When I try to add plugin via vSphere Client 6.0.0 b(5112508), the plugin-manager new-plugins option is disabled/greyed out when I right click (screen shot attached).

I appreciate if someone could show me a forward path to add a plugin in the vcenter server.

Use vSphere web client and login with local SSO admin account.
