vSphere 7 u1 : "localaccounts.user.add" to add local user returns "Error in executing command: 8002"

Hi, Experts,

I am trying to add local user to vCenter (vSphere 7.0 u1) with root user on appliance shell.
However, it always results in an error as below and the created user is disabled state..
How can I check more details of the error to identify the root cause ?

Command> localaccounts.user.add --role operator --username vmanager --password

This error message, we get once already user name is available and trying to create user with same name.

User name which you are going to add , it will be already exist. can you check and try with another user name.
