vRealize Licensing...need help

Hello everyone,

we are currently deploying a new vRops Cluster to monitor around 20.000 VMs around the globe.  The cluster setup is the following:

- We have a total of 6 sites.

- Site A is the main site which holds the Master, Master Replica and Data Node (all configured as large Nodes). Also each site has a large remote collector to push the data into the main site.

- Installed Version of vRealize is 6.2., but i have also tested one of the licenses with version 6.0.1 which gives the same result

- Data collection works so far, but we i am struggling with the licensing.

- Our licensing team in the US provided me with a separate vRealize Manager enterprise license pack for each site which is okay (even if not my preferred way). So this means:

Site A will have a total of 2000 VMs reporting so i got a license pack for 20 x 100 Licenses

Site B will have a total of 5000 VMs reporting so i got a license pack for 50 x 100 Licenses  and so on....

I have no problem to validate those licenses int he manager (added only the one with the 20) but when done they appear like you can see on the screenshot. I asked our license department but they were not able to help, also it seems that the SR i have opened with vmware is not really helping.

I hope that someone out there can help me here as i need to complete the vRops project by end of year. The vRops for Horizon license comes from another agreement and is for Horizon Advanced (it was installed after the Operations Manager license.

Thanks for your help in advance!
