vLCM missing from vSphere 7.0.1 web client

I have a couple of vCenter appliances (version 7.0.1 [17327586] and 7.0.2 [18356314]) and I don't see the Lifecycle Manager feature or plugin in their Menu of the web client. Am I missing something obvious or do I need to open a support case?

It turns out that I disabled the plugin several months ago per this kb to address this vulnerability. I have since upgraded my vcsa appliances which have the mitigation built-in so I just needed to go back an re-enable the plug-in (per the same kb article).
