vCenter upgrade 6.7 to 7.0 (The source applicane FQDN must be the same as the source applicance prim

Upgrade Path: 6.7 to 7.0

Error:The source appliance FQDN vcsa.organization.net (lower case) must be the same as the source appliance primary network identifier (VCSA.organizattion.net Upper case).

I am on my 10th try on this and I keep getting the same error the only difference one is upper case and one is lower case.  I checked the DNS recorded and made it lower case but I thought that DNS was NOT case sensitive.   Any other ideas?

Please see whether https://communities.vmware.com/t5/vSphere-Upgrade-Install/FQDN-mismatch-issues/td-p/2811967 solves the issue for you too.
