vCenter log of SNMP traps sent

I'm trying to sort out why our SNMP server did not get a trap from vCenter.  SNMP is configured and working in/from vCenter, we are missing a specific alarm (type).

Does anyone know if vCenter keeps a log of the SNMP traps it has sent out?  Where is that info?

I'm not aware of it specifically but the below links outlines the log files and what in them. I have found it handy in the past.

in esxi the syslog contains the traps.

in vcenter it may be in one of the event logs for windows.
