vCenter license key lost

Hi all.

We have 3 licensed VMware nodes ( VMware vSphere 5 Essentials) under management. We have installed vcenter but no longer have the license key.
Is it possible to get vcenter key from the ESXi code?

please get it from my.vmware.com portal.

lot easier that way.

The licenses were purchased by another system administrator (

Now we are the new system administrator of these machine and we don't have the credentials to access the customer portal, but only the licenses we see installed on the esxi nodes

Contact the vmware licensing team with your order number etc and you will be able to retrieve them.

RVTools will show you the license keys in the vLicense tab.
