vCenter backup close with error but backup file exist in ftp path

I backup vCenter with FTP and SFTP protocols.
backup file with more than 3GB exist in path but Backup Activity shows this error: BackupManager encountered an exception. See logs for details. https://vcenter-FQDN/appliance/support-bundle

A moderator should be along to move your thread to the vCenter Server area, since you are not using Converter and not using an SDK.

A moderator should be along to move your thread to the vCenter Server area, since you are not using Converter and not using an SDK.
