We recently upgrade our vCenters from 5.5U3 to 6.0U1 , and it works well, now today we update one of them to 6.0U2a and the vCenter Web client stops working on Chrome, in the single sign on autentication screen appears 3 check box (3 Greyed out), also the VMware Client Integration Plugin is not recognized by Chrome., here is the screenshot of the webclient      Capture.PNG

the credentials appear to be not recognized when we click on Login

     Capture.PNG

after 3 times tried it appears the following error.

The WebClient works OK in Firefox, Opera, Explorer and Edge, but unfurtunally the engineers here only works with Google chrome.

Hijgaleano ,

Could you please try to do this:

1. Uninstall Google Chrome from the Host, Client you are trying to use it.

2. Open on Windows (from where you are trying to connect) a mmc console, then File -> Add(Remove Snap-in...

3. Select Certificates -> Local Computer

4. Go to Trusted Root Certification Authorities and delete all vmware Certificates (you should find: vmware-plugin

5. Reinstall Google Chrome (I prefere Google for Business) However feel free to install whatever you need.

6. Go to the IP of the vCenter

7. Important do not log-in

8. Download Client Integration Plugin.

9. Intsall it, and make sure to reboot after installation.

10. Log in again to the vCenter Mask.

11. Try to login with the local Administrator

12. Hit I agree to if this option is still available.

Please let me know if this resolved the issue.

Thanks mprazeres183

The Problem was with the embeeded Flash Plugin that has Chrome built in, so i uninstall Flash, Chrome, reinstall and starts to work OK.

Thanks for your time Smiley Happy
