vCenter - Unsupported ioctl 43 for ESXi host

I've been receiving this error message as per below article, is there anyway of clearing this VMWare have said that it can safely be ignored?

VMware KB: ESXi host reports the error: unsupported ioctl

Has anyone else encountered this and if so how did they deal with it?

Like VMware says ignore it.

If you see it on vCenter ack it and clear it. Will not harm anything.

And no i have never seen this error. Or may be it was on the log, never remember seeing it.
