vCenter Server Appliance Health Monitoring Options?

Hello all,

We just stood up our first vCenter Server Appliance and I recently asked the monitoring team to begin monitoring it.  Turns out our monitoring tool SiteScope doesn't really know how to do that.  They asked me to create a user for them on the VCSA which I did but then they told me SiteScope needs that user to have Bash access to be able to monitor the VCSA.  I checked the limited amount of user types you can create on the VCSA and only Super Administrator has Bash access so they are not going to get that.

What other monitoring options are there out there that you guys are using to monitor the basic health of the vCenter Server Appliance (CPU/memory/disk)?
