vCenter: Forward ALL logs to syslog?

Configured vCenter 7.0 appliance to send log to external syslog server.   It does not appear to send all logs.  For example,  I am troubleshooting a vVOL connection issue and do not see any sps.log info in the syslog server.

What logs does vCenter appliance forward by default?  How can appliance be configured to forward all logs?

vCenter Syslog config should be configured in VAMI/5480. 

You should provide a proper port and test UDP/TCP protocol. There will be an option, to send a test message. If everything is Ok, you will get a pop-up - notification that has been sent. 

Please also check the Firewall settings from a Network perspective.
