vCenter ELM and upgrade order

Hi. We are in ELM with 4 vCenters and 4 PSCs. 2 vCenters and 2 PSCs at each site. We want to upgrade from v6.5U1 to U2, but we are hesitant to upgrade at our main site until our secondary sites runs properly for awhile. I know you are supposed to upgrade all the PSCs before vCenter, but if Site-2 vCenter can only work with Site-2 PSCs, why cant we just upgrade the Site-2 PSCs and then move to Site-vCenters? Hi,

You need to apply updates to all PSC nodes in the SSO domain before updating vCenter.

Before you update a vCenter Server Appliance with an external Platform Services Controller, you must apply the patches to the Platform Services Controller and its replicating partners, if any in the vCenter Single Sign-On domain.
