vCenter Appliance vs vCenter Server on Windows,which one is better choice ?

My company is planing to implement a second vCenter server. We need to decide which one to go for that is whether we should go with vCenter appliance or the Windows. We will be managing more than 20 hosts from the same. Can someone throw some lights on the same.

I recommend you read this KB article to see which services the VCSA supports: Services bundled with vCenter Server Appliance (2002531)

If you will need some of unsupported services, may the best option will be the Windows version.

Keep in mind if you go with the Windows version and a SQL server you cannot migrate to the virtual appliance.
