Dear Community,
yesterday I tried to upgrade our vCenter from 6.7.53000 to 7.0.3-20051473. My migration failed at the import of the old config to the now vCenter Appliance. Because I did not know how to fix it in time, I performed a rollback to the old vCenter Appliance.
I shut down the new Appliance and booted the old Appliance. So far vCenter works fine, but when I try to access the Appliance Management it is stuck, thinking the migration process is still active.
Can you help me how to fix this?
Hi Yamato,
thank you very much.
Just found the following blog post with the solution to my problem.
I just had to touch three files. VAMI now back to normal.
Thanks again
If you have “a backup” or “snapshot” for the vCenter Server, use them are better.
and I found this KB and it may help your case.

This post may be similar with your case but normally need help by VMware Global Support Services.
