vCenter 7u1 - retrieve licencing information per API

Is there a way to programatically retreive the licensing information fro mthe vcenter? Or is the licensing information kept solely in LCM?

Thanks, the powershell commands still do work, although the returned content is pretty rudimentary. Too bad there seems to be no REST operation that covers this topic, where you would get an output similar to what you get in the vSphere Client GUI.
