vCenter 7.0 | Wrong System Name

When vCenter was installed, I entered in the FQDN for the "Host name". Yet, when I login to the vCenter UI, it shows the name as just its IP address. When I go to the appliance admin page, the hostname is the FQDN and under Networking NIC 0 the Hostname and DNS is the FQDN. So why is it saying the system's name is the IP address and how can I change this? It won't let me import a signed TLS certificate because it complains the Common Name is mismatched (it is likely expecting CN=[IPAddress], but obviously it's CN=[FQDN]).

I went into the vCenter Server Management > Networking and just clicked next a bunch (didn't actually change any values), restarted and now the system hostname is correct. So there's a bug in the vCenter install somewhere.....
