vCenter 6.7 - changing email server for alerts

I'm trying to update the email server for alerts on our vcenter 6.7 appliance.  I can only get the HTML5 version to load, the Flex/Flash doesn't ever load up for me regardless of browser or Windows/macOS.

Should I have an edit button on the Configure | Settings | General page where the mail server is listed?  Or this changed somewhere else?

What is the behavior you're seeing? Feel free to post a screenshot.

After entering the username/password for the Flex option the page changes like it's going somewhere, but then I get the spinning mouse pointer forever.

You may have an issue with your Flex client in that case, possibly a plug-in which is acting up. Not all functionality is available yet in the HTML5 client, so you might be required to use the Flex client to make this change.

It was a plug-in from our Nimble SAN. 

Disabled that, from the Nimble interface, restarted vCenter and the Flash version was back in business.
