vCenter 6.5 vSphere HA detected an HA cluster state version inconsistency

Dear Tech Support,

I have vCenter 6.5 HA cluster with 5 members, recently I run into following worming message:

vSphere HA detected an HA cluster state version inconsistency in cluster XXXXX datacenter XXXXX

There was no build change in vCenter or ESXi that main suggest version change.

Can you please advise how to troubleshoot the problem?
