I am trying to collect log bundles for a support case I have open and the task just hangs for me. I see the collection process start in "Recent Tasks" but it just stays at 0% and never advances. Anyone have thoughts/suggestions?

You can cacel the task and try collect log bundle using command line, see KB https://kb.vmware.com/kb/1011641
Also make sure to check the file system usage. Log bundle dumps have a tendency to fill up the appliance if multiple have been requested in the past.
