vCenter 5.1 Commvault Backup Failed Items

Hello,

I have vCenter 5.1 installed on a WS 2008 R2. I have tried searching the web and the forums. Can someone please provide insight on any of these failed items? We seem to have a problem with them almost every night the machine is backed up. The strange thing is that VSS is enabled. It has often been the case for me that VSS was the culprit for that message.

Does anyone know if these files are safe to exclude? Or are they critical for recovery?

Thank you!

These files are safe to exclude.

DRS Algorithm runs every 5 minutes by default and needs to write the drm dump file to the folder.
