vCSA 7.0.3 sso login failed

Hi, I have joined the vCSA to the domain but not able to login using domain account, getting error that invalid credentials. But same credentials are working in different VM (Other platform not VMWARE). Kindly help me

have you configured active directory as identity source or only joined the vcsa into domain ?

only joining into domain is not enough to login with ad credentials

Hi , 

Once you have joined the vCenter to domain please go to > administration and then add the Identity Provider which will be your AD Server , Once that is done you need to add your user ID or a group and provide privilege's once done you should be able to login with AD account .
