vCSA 6.0 Sending Email to AT&T never Recived.

We have alerts configured to send to an email distribution list. in the distribution list is our Email account for our Phones <Phone-number>@txt.att.net or mms.att.net we also have users with Verizon, T-Mobil, and others.  the alerts send to the exchange server and then sent out.

Issue: When alerts coming from our new vCenter 6.0 Appliance all users using any carrier other then AT&T receive the Text alert. the email tam gave looked in logs and this was the error we received on the mail servers sending to AT&T - (DCID 11964004) Message 76112191 to <phone-number>@mms.att.net delayed. Reason: 4.3.1 - Mail system full ('452',['4.1.0 ... temporary failure']) []

the Alerts work with out Issue from our vCenter 5.5 windows install. and vCenter 5.5 appliance we have in place. but with our new 6.0 appliance AT&T will not accept the Email Messages.

has any one seen this or point me in the right area to start working on this?
