vCSA 5.5 - Problem w Domain Authentication

Hello, I have upgraded vCSA 5.0 into 5.5. Everything looks good except I cannot get domain authentication to work. My vCSA has a full FQDN and Domain Authentication seems to be successfully enabled. However the domain doesn't show up when I tried to add permissions through the vSphere Client. I attach screenshots. Any ideas what's going on? Does vCSA generate logs that I could look at? Thanks.

Login into your vCenter using vSphere web client with the username Administrator@vsphere.local and its password.

Go to SSO configuration and make sure your identity store is configured properly.

Also, set the AD identity store as default domain. That should make the domain visible on the vSphere client too.
