Hopefully a quick question.
If I have the following licenses
VMware vSphere with Operations Management Standard for 1 processor x 6 CPUs
Vmware vSphere 5 Standard for 1 processor x 2 CPUs
Is it possible to have 1 Vmware cluster containing 4 ESXi hosts (2CPU) each with only 3 hosts using vCOPS or do you have to license all hosts with vCOPS if installed.
If I currently have a cluster with 3 hosts using the vCOPS will it allow me to add another host to the cluster and just use the additional Vmware vSphere 5 Standard for 1 processor x 2 CPUs license I have?
