unable to login to vcenter server .( its appliance )

Hello All,

I cant able to login to vcenter server . Its a appliance. I can login to directly. Please go through both images and guide to fix.

Did you tried reboot the vCSA virtual machine? And which is the version of vCSA you're using?

From the screenshots, I assume you are on version 6.5!?

In this case, try to login using the Web Client. Please note that the Windows Client isn't supported for v6.5 anymore.

For the console login, press Alt-F2 to see whether this shows the DCUI.
