tool or script to compare Adv. Configuration paramters (names/values) of VM's or export to a file?

Hello,

as we see, VM's are behaving differently, even when adding identical parameters (VM Edit settings > VM Options tab > Advanced > Edit Configuration).

Is there a tool or script (PowerCLI) for vCenter 6.7 to either compare these settings (VM 1 <--> VM 2) or export all parameters (names and values) to a file?
