is anyone able to help me find the meaning ful error in my log? i googled many of the errors and realized that the error was not the cause of the vm not starting.
Maybe worth a try. Reduce the provisioned resources, i.e. remove unneeded network adapters from the VM's configuration and reduce the virtual CPU count as well as the memory.
ethernet3 is causing the error seems like from the log. go for the correct one. it will be the last nic of your machine.
