spliting moxa com's connection to 2 differnt vm

Hi,

I have been ask to connect 2 VM machine that located in 2 deferent host to a moxa pci card.

The card is connected to ESXI1 and 1 of the VM is connected to it. the problem is that the VM machine uses only 2 of the com connection.

They wont me to connect a different VM that is located in the other Host ESXI2 to use the rest of the 6 com connection.

My question is can it be don? and if sow how?

I found that u can split moxa card witch a cuple of vm's only if thay are installed on the host that have the card.
