Hi experts

i need to correct the below settings. experts guide me

1. 1 cluster contains ESX hosts with inconsistent CPU speeds and inconsistent

    memory size. what does this sentence mean and how do i correct it.

2. 2 distributed portgroups have NICs with mixed speed settings.

   3 hosts have physical NICs with misconfigured link speeds.

3. The load balancing policy has been changed from the default value for 2 ESX host(s). What is the default settings

What is saying you have inconsistent CPU speeds and memory?  Typically if you add a new host to a cluster down the road you will have inconsistent CPU speeds because processors have changed but that shouldn't cause an issue likewise with memory.
