repetitive events - USB configuration has changed on host

Hello,

I receive this message every second in the event log: USB configuration has changed on host.
I unplugged all usb devices on my hosts but that does not solve my problem.
I have 3 hosts in my cluster. at first, the event was associated with the host 2. "USB configuration has changed on esx2". I put it in maintenance mode and this time I had the same message but it was associated with the host 3: USB configuration has changed on esx3.

Do you have an idea of where this problem comes from? this can be caused by a vm trying to use the usb port of the host on which it is rolling.

It's an information only event, and occurs when a VM claims or releases a USB port

I agree its very irritating, especially as it gives you no info at all on where it originates from

I had this same issue. My issue was resolved by disconnecting usb mouse and keyboard which were not in use on this server as the system is remotely controlled.
